Welcome to my practice, where I bring 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Together, we will address mental health issues and psychosocial stressors using Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In our first session, we'll explore your journey and collaboratively set meaningful goals. My aim is to support you in challenging negative patterns, fostering and empowering growth and resilience throughout our work together. I am passionate about helping others achieve wellness, their goals and moving forward.

About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in adoption services, including domestic, international, and foster care. My professional background spans both public and private sectors, and I bring a unique personal perspective as an adoptive parent. In addition to my work in adoption, I have helped many individuals manage psychosocial stressors and navigate a wide range of mental health challenges.
As a mother to 15-year-old twin boys conceived through embryo adoption, I understand the complexities and emotional depth of the adoption journey. This lived experience enriches my practice and deepens my commitment to supporting individuals and families navigating similar paths.
I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based support to those seeking clarity, healing, and resilience.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and our beloved pets—three dogs and a cat.
